Government Cheese
Frankly, it's been pretty darn boring around here lately. Kaine has picked the usual suspects (for the most part) for his staff, and everything's been in a lull for a while.
That's all about to change.
Get ready for photo-red, droopy drawers, (Insert Child's Name Here)'s Law, and rats. That's right, rats. The Old State Library (the temporary home for the GA this year) is reportedly overrun with rats, and I'm not talking about Republicans or lobbyists. Real, hairy, rabid rodents everywhere. They seem to be coming in through the underground pipes and taking up residence in the walls. Gross stuff. This alone should make for an interesting session. I'm guessing an emergency extermination appropriation bill will be passed within the first week.
So, my question for you is this: Who will be the first delegate or senator bitten by a rat? My vote is for Ben Cline. Why? Because everything he says smells like ripe cheese.
So who is your money on?
Winner gets a nice wedge of Manchego.

It's interesting you would not like Ben Cline. He is one of the most straight forward Delegates in the GA.
For instance he would vote to eliminate the last 20% of the 20K assessments on autos here in VA.
This "commonsense" tax relief only helps the working class in VA. If you own a 40K car (and many do) they pay full boat like $400 + in car tax every year....
But what about the working class family where both own cars and they are just working to make ends meet, feed the family, saving to own a home etc.
That $100-$200 is still a burden to them. Democrats (the champions of the working class) or nothing but a bunch of braying Donkeys voting against this tax relief every year.... Hypocrites!!!! All !!!!

Better yet what do you think Timmy is gonna do with all that surplus we now have from the tax increase will did not really need?

Why the love for Ben? Have you actually sat down and talked to him? I get the impression there's really not much going on up there.
